A preparation room for hair, makeup, and refreshments before the ceremony is €350 + VAT ~ $570 CAD (with access up to four hours before).

CATERING AND MENU

Catering is charged separately on a per-person basis. Their in-house catering includes the full wedding menu (aperitif, main meal, dessert, and drinks) and also covers many services that are typically charged as extras at other venues, such as:

Staffing and waiter service
Cloakroom and restroom attendants
Seating plan, stationery, and guest name cards
Table linens, standard glassware, cutlery, and tableware
Golden Tiffany chairs and table setup
Parking and nighttime security

Photographer and musician meals are priced at €75 per person ($122 CAD), and children’s meals are €55 each ($90 CAD). Menus can be adapted for allergies and dietary needs.

MENU TASTING

A complimentary tasting is included for up to six people if there are more than 100 adult guests. For weddings under 100 guests, the tasting is free for the couple and €80 per additional guest.

VENDORS

External suppliers must be approved by the venue in advance. If they do not meet Fincas Mas Solers’ quality standards, the venue can refuse them. There is also a €500 ($812 CAD) release fee if you choose to use certain outside vendors.
