Monday to Thursday:
€10.900 + 21% VAT ~ 20k CAD
Friday and Sunday:
€12.500 + 21% VAT ~ 25k CAD
Saturday and bank holiday ́s eve:
€20.500 + 21% VAT ~ 40k CAD
(Saturday a minimum number of 130 guests is required)

VENUE INCLUSIONS

10 consecutive hours of exclusive use on each event day
Housekeeping and cleaning services
Parking security
Cloakroom service for guests
One on-site coordinator to support and liaise with your suppliers
Outdoor lighting with torches and candles for added ambiance

VENDORS AND RENTALS

The venue works with a list of recommended suppliers. If we choose to bring in anyone outside that list (like catering, decor, or entertainment), we need to request approval in advance and there may be an additional fee. Furniture and setup materials such as tables, chairs, and linens are not included and must be rented separately through the venue’s partner.

MUSIC LICENSING (S.G.A.E. FEE)

Spanish law requires a music licensing fee for all events:
Up to 130 guests: €200 + VAT ~ $325 CAD
More than 130 guests: €1 per guest + VAT
This fee is standard for venues in Spain and is paid directly to the performance rights organization.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA USE

By booking, clients give the venue permission to photograph the event and use those images for their website, social media, or other promotional purposes. This permission is unlimited in time and cannot be withdrawn.

POLICIES

Any damages to the property during the event are the client’s responsibility. Confetti cannons are not allowed. Only “cold fireworks” are permitted, and they must come from approved suppliers.
