Chef Jujhar Mann is an award-winning pastry chef, entrepreneur and television personality known for pushing the boundaries of cake and pastry through bold creativity, technical precision and flavour. With multiple championship titles across Netflix and Food Network, Jujhar has built a reputation for hyper-realistic cakes, large-scale edible showpieces and desserts that taste as incredible as they look. His culinary style brings together advanced French pastry techniques, contemporary North American desserts and the South Asian flavours he grew up with, resulting in work that is creative, unexpected and distinctly his own.
As Founder and Creative Director of Mann & Co. Bakeshop in Surrey, British Columbia, Jujhar has transformed a home-based business he started at 19 into an established storefront and online bakery. Today, he leads the brand's creative direction, developing new flavours, products and designs while mentoring the next generation of bakers and decorators.
On screen, Jujhar pairs serious pastry knowledge with curiosity, humour and an approachable personality. Whether competing under pressure, breaking down a technique, tasting something new or sharing the story behind a creation, he brings the same philosophy to everything he does: food should be creative, memorable and, above all, delicious.

Jujhar and his team were super professional in communicating, organizing the delivery and set up at the hall. It was such a smooth process! Cake was delicious! The florals on the cake were so beautiful! Everyone from bride and groom side loved it! Thank you so much for a great experience! Would highly recommend.

He took the time to connect with us and ensured our visit was nothing short of fantastic. It’s rare to find someone so passionate and attentive, and it really shows in the way this place is run. Jujhar’s kindness and dedication to his customers set a gold standard for customer service. We left with not only delicious treats, but also with big smiles and a memorable experience. If you’re lucky enough to be in the area, this bakery is an absolute must‑visit. We hope to come back again the next time we're visiting British Columbia!
Jujar and his team at Mann and co are incredibly talented. I’ve had their cakes on numerous occasions and they are simply delicious. Always fresh, consistent and aesthetically pleasing!
The best bakery in the lower mainland in my opinion. Jujhar is a sweetheart and took a couple of minutes to take a picture with my 6yo superfan. The cakes are so flavourful and moist. Highly recommended.
