    Our Month-of Coordination service is ideal for couples who have planned their wedding but would like a planner to take over the final stages of planning before the celebration.

    Beginning approximately 4–8 weeks before your wedding, we become your primary planning contact, reviewing every aspect of your wedding to ensure nothing has been overlooked. We conduct detailed planning meetings, review vendor contracts and logistics, confirm final details with your vendor team, create comprehensive production timelines, assist with seating charts, floor plans, transportation schedules, family logistics, and coordinate your rehearsal.

    Throughout the final month, we proactively communicate with your vendors, monitor outstanding tasks, answer planning questions, and help finalize any remaining details so you're no longer managing everything yourself.

    During the wedding week and on the wedding day, our coordination team executes every aspect of the plan allowing you and your loved ones to be fully present throughout the celebration.

    Our Day-of Coordination service is designed for couples who have planned their wedding themselves and are looking for a professional team to execute everything they've already organized.

    We'll connect with your confirmed vendors to review arrival times, setup requirements, and the event schedule so everyone is working from the same timeline. While this service does not include vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, budget management, or wedding design, we oversee the execution of the plans you've already put in place.

    On the wedding day, we manage the timeline, coordinate vendors, oversee setup, guide the wedding party and immediate family, coordinate ceremony logistics, assist with personal items, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and ensure your celebration runs seamlessly from beginning to end.
