$11,000 USD flat fee
A 50% deposit is required to secure your dates and officially begin.

From day one, you’ll receive:

• Full wedding planning from start to finish

• Venue and vendor sourcing + booking support

• Budget allocation, management, and tracking

• Contract negotiation and review

• Timeline creation and detailed oversight across all events

• Site visits

• Styling and design support for every event

• Full decor coordination — sourcing, setup, and teardown

• Communication with all vendors on your behalf

• Setup and collection of personal items (favors, signage, guest books, etc.)

• Wedding website setup (if needed)

• Bridal wardrobe styling support + groom turban tying and styling

• Hair and makeup guidance + MUA coordination

• Guest experience support — transportation, hotel blocks, logistics

• On-site presence during all scheduled events

• Family assistance + cultural logistics

• Post-wedding guidance, wrap-up, and support as needed

How to book:
To officially secure your dates and begin the planning process, a 50% deposit is required.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before your first event.
If you prefer to pay in full upfront, that option is available as well.
Once received, we begin immediately — with calm, clarity, and curation.
