For full transparency, we ask vendors to provide one quote with their standard pricing and one quote tailored for TVG clients (discounted rate). If you decide to move forward, you book directly with the vendor at the TVG-offered rate.

Day-of coordination covers both the bride and groom sides so that logistics and timing remain unified throughout the event. I serve as your main point of contact leading up to the wedding, and during the wedding week I’m supported by my coordination team, with a dedicated coordinator assigned to each side. This ensures both families have hands-on support and that nothing overlaps or gets missed.

For the wedding ceremony, we manage all religious and cultural components tied to Sikh weddings, including pre-wedding traditions, Anand Karaj protocol, and the milni sequence. If you have non-Sikh guests or family members, we also guide them through what’s happening so everyone feels informed and included.

Our role is to execute the timeline as planned so you and your loved ones can be fully present and enjoy the day.

Month-of coordination begins eight weeks before your event. During this time, we work closely with you to refine every detail and build a comprehensive, detailed timeline that reflects your vision and priorities.

Unlike day-of coordination, this service is more in-depth and proactive. We step in early to communicate directly with all confirmed vendors, review logistics, confirm deliverables, align timing, and ensure nothing has been overlooked. We tie together all the moving parts so everything flows cohesively.

By the time your event week arrives, every vendor knows the plan, every detail has been clarified, and execution is seamless.

We have a dedicated in-house content creation team that operates separately from our coordination team. This means our coordinators focus entirely on logistics and execution, while our content team focuses solely on capturing and delivering intentional, behind-the-scenes and highlight moments throughout your event. Everything is done under The Viah Guide, ensuring seamless communication and a cohesive presence on your wedding day.

There is no hourly billing. We stay and film freely without watching the clock, capturing moments as they naturally unfold.
