A 50% deposit is required to secure your dates and officially begin.

Day Of Coordination + Content Creation:

  • Unlimited phone and email support leading up to your events.

  • Coordinating with your venues and vendors to review all final details and make sure everything is set just the way you want it.

  • Creation and management of detailed timeline for each event, keeping things on track while you enjoy your events.

  • Team of three (one lead coordinator and two assistants) will be there to oversee everything, handle any last-minute details, and make sure everything looks and feels perfect.

  • Taking care of set-up coordination so you and your loved ones can simply show up and celebrate!

  • UNLIMITED HOURS (AND DAYS) of content capture. No hourly rates, no added charges

  • UNLIMITED clips — custom to your style, and platform (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

  • Highlight reels (30–45 seconds, vertical or horizontal)

  • 24-hour turnaround

  • All files delivered via private download link

How to book:
To officially secure your dates and begin the planning process, a 50% deposit is required.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before your first event.
If you prefer to pay in full upfront, that option is available as well.
Once received, we begin immediately — with calm, clarity, and curation.
